Manufacturer warranty

Every appliance sold by Trivox Enterprises LLC includes the manufacturer's limited warranty. The term is listed in the specifications on each product page and typically runs one to two years for parts and labour from the delivery date, with longer coverage on sealed refrigeration systems and select motors.

Extended protection

Five-year extended coverage can be added before delivery by calling +1 (860) 397-1250. Extended plans cover mechanical and electrical failure from normal use, including labour and approved parts.

What is covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use
• Failure of sealed refrigeration systems within the manufacturer term
• Electronic control boards and motors that fail without external damage

What is not covered

• Cosmetic damage reported after delivery acceptance
• Damage from improper installation by a third party, power surges, flooding or pests
• Commercial use of appliances rated for household use
• Consumables such as filters, bulbs, belts and gaskets beyond 90 days

Starting a claim

Email info@trivoxenterprises.com or call +1 (860) 397-1250 with your order number, the model and serial plate details and a description of the fault. We open the claim with the manufacturer, schedule an authorised technician and follow the repair through to completion. Keep your invoice — it serves as proof of purchase.
