1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Trivox Enterprises LLC, 50 Murray St, Coventry, RI 02816. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Products and availability

We describe appliances as accurately as we can, but specifications, finishes and included accessories may change without notice. Stock is limited and we may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, delivery and installation unless stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; you will be contacted first.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent, exceed household quantities or fall outside our delivery area.

5. Delivery and installation

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Installation is limited to connecting to existing, code-compliant water, gas and electrical connections.

6. Returns

Returns follow our Returns & Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranties

Appliances carry the manufacturer warranty described on the product page. Except as required by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the appliance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost food, lost income or property damage arising from pre-existing hookups.

9. Acceptable use

You may not copy our product content, scrape the store, or interfere with its operation. All trademarks remain the property of their owners.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.
